Take the Leap

By Jessica Grant

I made a huge life altering decision once I went inward and started to peel back the layers. Ending a long term relationship kind of changes. F*ckin scary.

I’m not saying that you need to make the same decisions, but maybe there’s been something lingering at the back of your mind, or a lump in your throat telling you to speak up. Maybe it’s a feeling in your gut pulling you towards change.

It could be:
● Switching careers
● Going back to school
● Traveling around the globe
● Incorporating mediation in your daily life
● Bettering relationships with loved ones
● Working with a nutrition coach
● Starting a fitness regime

Make the decision to do something for yourself because YOU are worth it. There is no shame in admitting that you want to discover yourself or need guidance in figuring it out. How else do you think we get to where we long to be?

Know that you are truly not alone and we all started from a place of uncertainty. It’s taking that leap, expecting to fall but soaring straight into the sky.

Push your comfort zone. Yes, that saying is true. This is where change happens. This is where you realize you have the potential to do ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you want to do.

Ask yourself the hard questions:
● Am I happy?
● Who am I?
● What makes me, me?
● What do I actually want in life?

If you don’t know the answers to these questions, then this article is for you. Grab a piece of paper, lighta candle, put on some hardcore metal orwhatever YOU need to figure this sh*t out. Grab a pen, let go of expectations, and own your story.
