No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bar

If you’re in the mood for a quick recipe that includes ooey-gooey goodness and peanut butter then these no bake oat bars are for you!



  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 3/4 cup (68 gr) vanilla protein powder
  • 6 tbsp powdered peanut butter like PB2
  • 1 cup fresh shredded zucchini
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce


  1. In a bowl combine oats, protein and pb2 together
  2. Shred 1 cup of zucchini and add to the mixture
  3. Add apple sauce and peanut butter to the bowl and stir until well, until combined
  4. Press into 9×9 pan, cover with lid, and let sit overnight to set.


Servings: 9

  • 198 calories
  • 8.2 g total fat
  • 20 g carbohydrates
  • 13.5 g protein
  • 3.7 g fiber
  • 4.5 g sugar
