Brittney’s High Vibe Smoothie

I’ve been a green smoothie junkie for about a year-and-a-half now, and recently my recipe received a massive upgrade. I’d love to share it with you today!
  • I removed all dairy from it, reducing the likelihood of inflammation in the body, and saving dairy cows from mistreatment (seriously, have you ever seen how those animals are handled?)
  • I upgraded the greens powder to the purest, cleanest option on the planet (which also has other added benefits and ingredients)
  • By swapping the supps in it, I added EVEN MORE good things in (you know I preach VARIETY when it comes to diet. We’re not meant to live off of chicken and rice. We’re meant to live off of a vast variety of goodies that includes ALL colours of the rainbow)

The Power Shake even includes some slow-digesting carbohydrates that will keep you full for up to 4 hours!

Anyway, here’s my new and improved green smoothie recipe! I hope you love it and feel the benefits as powerfully and instantly as I have!
– 1 Scoop Apple Berry Powershake (use the code “realizeyourself” to save!)
– 1 Scoop Can’t Beet This – optional for energy
– 2/3 c Organic Baby Kale
– 1/4-1/2 Organic Avocado
– 2 tbsp Organic Sprouts
– 1/3 c Frozen Organic Dark Sweet Cherries
– 1 Cup Organic Almond Milk
Blend and enjoy! Garnish with your fav fruit.
