MEAL PREP ___ I recommend you meal prep twice per week: 🔥A BIG meal prep day on Sunday. Hit up the grocery store and start prepping the MOMENT you get through the door. 🔥A little meal prep sesh mid-week. Here are a few pics from mine today. ___ TIPS: 💯Always have two whole food carbs on hand. E.g. sweet potatoes, quinoa, brown rice, etc. 💯Always have two high quality protein sources available.
